Rates
I have a sliding scale rate based on income from $120 to  $180 per 50-minute session. 

Insurance
I provide superbills if wanted, which may offer partial reimbursement for those who have insurance benefits. Superbills are provided to clients who can then mail it to their insurance company. Superbills do no not imply any contract with any insurance company.

Payment
Cash, check, payment apps, and all major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of session, and the fee due will be $120 - $180 depending on income.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the full fee charged.  Illness or emergencies are exceptions although more than one per calendar year of a no-show or late cancellations for these reasons will also result in a charge.
